Health Card Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of the MediTriangle Health Card ("Health Card") provided by MediTriangle Limited ("MediTriangle") to its customers. By obtaining and using the Health Card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
Eligibility
- The Health Card is available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set by MediTriangle.
- MediTriangle reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers at any time and may revoke the Health Card if eligibility criteria are not met.
Discounts and Benefits
- The Health Card provides discounts on healthcare services offered by participating providers in Bangladesh and globally.
- The discounts and benefits provided by the Health Card may vary depending on the service and the participating provider.
Limitations and Exclusions
- While MediTriangle endeavors to provide discounts on a wide range of healthcare services, there may be instances where certain services are not eligible for discounts.
- MediTriangle reserves the right to exclude specific services or providers from participating in the Health Card program without prior notice.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, emergencies, or changes in regulatory requirements, MediTriangle may not be able to provide discounts on certain services or may need to modify the terms and conditions of the Health Card program.
- Customers acknowledge and agree that MediTriangle shall not be held liable for any inability to provide discounts or benefits under such circumstances.
Termination and Modification
- MediTriangle reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Health Card program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the terms and conditions of the Health Card will be effective immediately upon posting on the MediTriangle website or other communication channels.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Health Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
General Provisions
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and MediTriangle regarding the Health Card program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Failure by MediTriangle to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
By obtaining and using the Health Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. MediTriangle reserves the right to update or revise these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any changes.
